Take down old utility room, remove roof and take down walls

Knock down old utility room, remove roof and walls put tiles and bricks to one side for re-use later
Step 3: Utiliy room down and stairs boxed in Trade/Capability:
Demolition of utility room nearing completion, we had to box the end of the stairs in and weather proof.
Step 4: Set out foundations Trade/Capability:
Setting out the profiles ready for the excuvation of the trenches
Step 5: Foundation trenches Trade/Capability:
Foundation Trenches dug and ready for concrete.
Step 6: Concreting Foundation Trade/Capability:
Concreting foundation with concrete pump.
